      Pros

      - Very friendly co-workers that work hard and care for the company - If you come from a different industry, then you are given adequate time and training to learn about the fire suppression business - Health benefits are stellar and the premiums are too! - They give you the tools to do your job - Very neat and modern facility - The parent company is Halma and they own over 40 different companies across the world so you have a number of ways to move up the ladder - Open environment with no offices other than some Finance and HR members

      Cons

      - Some turnover has occurred as they build the right teams within each department - IT Dept is outsourced
