Financial situation of the company is not visible to employees, one day planned to go for outing and next day, it was cancelled, due to financial instability and jobs were cut!
All this lead to people moving out of company faster.

People are helpful, sharp and cheerful. Seniors in the team possess in-depth technical knowledge and contribute on a daily basis. Politics of any kind is completely absent.
