      Frequently Verbally Abusive

      Pros

      The work was steady and I did like meeting the customers.

      Cons

      1). They were frequently verbally abusive. 2.) The health insurance they offer the field service Technician was grossly inadequate. 3.) They had a very low tolerance for their employees with physical disabilities. 4.) They used bait and switch policy to hire me. 5.) The reality was far short of the offer they made me when they hired me and I was told if I did not like it I should quit. 6.) They laid me off and stop paying for my health insurance while I was on sick leave and in the hospital.

      Pros

      We get overtime and work weekends on a rotation. We get paid on-call pay for our weeks on rotation. Work is not usually very difficult.

      Cons

      It has been a few years since anyone has gotten a raise. We rarely get performance reviews. Almost no feedback, unless it is negative. Almost no opportunity for advancement.

      The most toxic company you could ever work for.

      Made decent money, wasn’t worth the toxicity.

      Cons

      Very toxic atmosphere. Full of false promises. Unrealistic goals. Unappreciated employees. Tell you what you want to hear even if they know it’s a lie. Constantly laying off employees.
