Pros

I have been with FDC for 3 1/2 years. It has been a great place to work! There is a lot of opportunities for employee growth. My favorite part of the company is the family core values and mission to give back to those who are in need. I personally started at an entry level position, with hard work and guidance, I am very fortunate to have a career with FDC. Also, the coffee and swag is great!

Cons

No company is perfect, and improvement should always be sought after. With that being said, I have nothing but great things to say.

Pros

- Remote position. - Laptop provided. - Standard Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits. - 401K offered. - Retention Bonus of 5K. - OK compensation, but below industry standard.

Cons

- Poor PTO policy that did not include Federal Holidays. Employees are given 17 days of PTO total for any given year with 7 of those days intended for Federal Holiday use. - Benefit package is the bare minimum. - Lack of employee recognition. Achievements are not acknowledged or celebrated. - Inadequate compensation for increased workloads and job responsibilities. - Lack of personal growth and career advancement within the company and team. - Ineffective communication. The company lacked transparent and open communication, leading to unorganized efforts, consistent confusion on the team, and unclear goals and expectations. - Lack of Leadership both within the Marketing Team and greater leadership as a whole. - CEO lacks leadership experience. The company is poorly run and unorganized. - Micromanagement from CEO and clear lack of trust between Leadership and internal Marketing Team creating a tense and ineffective work setting. - No autonomy for work created. - Toxic work culture. Lack of positive team morale. Leadership fails to communicate to internal team in a professional and respectful manner. - Company does not adhere to its Open-Door policy and fails to act on employee feedback and input. - Company fails to adhere to its own core values of maintaining Courage, Integrity, and Humility within its internal team and employees. FDC does not prioritize the well-being and mental health of its employees despite its stated mission to help others.
