Pros
Good Development and Support teams with some great people. A growing business, developing Financial software for Banks and Finance companies. Java area is growing all the time and there are good opportunities.
Cons
Still somewhat shackled to original legacy database, although there are efforts to change this. The company still tends to develop solutions for a given client or opportunity on a short timescale, and long term design plans suffer. Not enough training, although this is common in smaller companies.
