- Good For only freshers. - if you have good reference then you can join this company.
Cons
- If you work more then 2 year they will not give any hike or nothing. - at appraisal time management told us your project is not critical so you deserve only 4 to 5% hike. - they hire new employee for your superior but they do not give any promotion to you. - salary is very low and selfish behavior of your superior.
