Pros

This place is so unorganized that you can simply come and go as you go whenever, or conduct your own personal errands

Cons

Too many to list: unqualified leads or PMs that is uneducated on industry subjects and lack of accountability, nepotism overrides common logic with employee delegation, paranoid CEO that micromanages projects to the point of no return, no standards with employee treatment across the board, forced employee on illegal schemes with fund raising.

Pros

Amazing opportunities to work with some leading companies across multiple industries. Truly cutting edge work happens here. This is a great place to gain experience and push yourself by working on innovative projects especially if you are a developer or designer.

Cons

There seems to be a disconnect between what they give money to and talk about and what they actually do. Lip service only takes you so far when it comes to diversity, equal pay and generally caring about people. Don’t expect to be nurtured in your career or given performance reviews. Despite a lot of talk of work-life balance, overtime is expected and if you want to move up you need to adapt to a specific lifestyle. Employees are generally valued more for what they can do than who they are. If you want to be seen as an individual, this is not the place for you.
