      The management is just unbelievable - utter micromanagement, driven from Australia. 50% staff turnover in my office - need I say more?

      Pros

      The team at Findex in Auckland is fantastic. They are a energetic group of people from the graduates to the senior management, all are easy to talk to and get along with which makes coming to work an enjoyable experience.

      Cons

      Some people aren't aware of the Findex brand as we were previously Crowe Horwarth so still establishing the Findex brand in the Auckland accounting market - but is is hugely improving!

      Great team of experts! Cool social club events & everyone is super friendly. Work from home and working holidays options available.

      Cons

      Top floor. In case of fire alarm it is 29 stories down. Although, the views are way too good. The team has stopped working on Friday afternoon once watching orcas. Closed for business over xMas period. Employees have to take annual leave.
