- There is a huge lack of talent - C-level management doesn't have a clue of what they are doing, but only because the higher rank management are constantly pivoting strategies - The rely on one client. The rest of clients are just peanuts. - Employees rotation is way above the average. People will only stay 1 or 2 years max. The people who actually stays longer is searching their way out - They call themselves Experience Architects. There is not a single qualified professional in that area. They are all Social media managers, and that's it - Their over-promise is overwhelming. They simply have no clue what they are doing - Countless hours working in a very stressing environment - Do not fall into their holocracy stuff. It is not true. I'm warning you - VERY low salaries
