      Company car, laptop, expense account, marketing support. All things necessary to attain targets.

      Cons

      Culture of good old boys. If you were willing to bend the laws applicable to the industry to get an order, you got to stay. Heck. You got promoted. If not, you got the boot.

      Close to home, great benefits, I have seen a lot of growth in 37 years at Finch, it was Finch Pruyn INC, the new name is Finch Paper it is also improving operations

      Cons

      The New management seems to want to totally rebuild the existing management, about 80% were brought up through the work forces, the new management seems to be removing existing knowledgeable personel with college degree people, this is not proving to be the right thing for the existing employees, it is pretty much by the book not realistically, there does not seem to be any common sense.
