Pros

Last year I joined FSS after a decade long payment MNc product development & architectural experience and now I could say that was the worst decision i took in my life by creating a black mark in my profile. In FSS i worked with few uncultured and unprofessional Dept heads who just order like military rulers (with poor communication skills and abusive language- Don’t know the meaning of what they say) also expect people to call them Sir... There were many old grey bags who are good for nothing (i.e not capable of finding any IT job outside fss) in FSS and most of the laterals will leave within 1-day to 1 year. Dept Heads are grown with this company and they don’t know what is happening in the software industry or they listen to anyone by asking question like “do you know about payments?). Dept. heads literally rip people for anything/everything and they expect people to take prior permission even before going to rest room. HR team is like bunch puppies and if some old grey bags says some nonsense and they just obey and ask new hire to leave FSS the as they don’t have any spine or power. Also you won’t be having access to HR area as some people went and bash at them in the past. In FSS My 2 lines of code for a production outage issue took 2 months to go to production because of their different wastage layers and internal politics. In FSS supervisors never ask subordinates before committing anything (whether it is outstation travel or a week end work). One day i seen dept. head was shouting to a group of people with uncontrolled abusive language mentioning that "he will throw everyone out through the window if they couldn’t complete the work immediately". FSS give systems which are disposed from other software companies (eg:2GB RAM) and engineers struggle on their environment on day to day basis as there I no net connection available to engineers to learn. They make money by torturing and exhausting fresher’s blood by locking 3 years bond and 3 months notice.

Cons

If you are not a technically capable person and fine to lick the leg in order to survive then only go with this company otherwise should not join this company at any cost to spoil your carrier.

Pros

There is no pros for FSS.

Cons

I am currently working for fss in the last 1 year. There are no PROS for this organization. Work culture in fss is slavery. Trust me, you will be fired for asking your doubts to senior. If you are joining in PSG /PEG you will be in hell for your bond period. Seniors in PSG /PEG are like old garbage bags so called Team Lead /Tech Lead. Their thoughts all the juniors are slaves. There are two teams for recon and cms, both team’s seniors are the worst kind of people I ever met in my life. HR people are worst among all. They will sign you a bond for 1year (for experience) and 3 years for (for Freshers). You can’t leave in time from the office, if your reporting is not leaving at that time. They will give you task at 8 pm and you have to complete it the same day. Even they will ask you to come on Saturday and Sunday. A lot of internal politics. If you complain about your senior/Reporting then they will extend your conformation period and ask you leave after that.No work life balane .

Pros

Good place to learn new tech, but you will not be able to implement since Senior Citizen people who re in system since 10+ years will not let you implement.

Cons

Cafeteria is really bad and sweaty in Chennai heat. Each team works in Silos and no help from anyone. Excellent Politics and race to take credit. Your hard work will not be recognized No work life balance. M5 and above will come at 11 AM and leave at 6 PM. Others will have to slog. Parking is under sun. Activa and Bykes gets spoilt. No work from home or any flexibility. Bad HR policies. Do not trust HR of FSS. They are complete liers and will miss sell the opportunity and will never help in any ways. Worst thing being They have hired an agency for 2 years to write good reviews on Glass Door. So any good reviews written after May 2019 might be written by agency only. Atteration is really high and no one is joining FSS coz of politics and very low compensation and no work life balence. Sinking Ship Join at your own risk
