Pros

I’ve been with Financial Debt Recovery Ltd. for 4 years, and it’s been a very positive experience. I started from the bottom and have been given the opportunity to grow within the company. The culture here is supportive and motivating, with plenty of recognition for hard work. The pay is competitive, and the commission structure is rewarding — there are plenty of ways to make money if you put in the effort. I also enjoy the perks that come with the role and the team-oriented environment. Overall, this is a company that invests in its people and rewards performance. If you’re driven and looking for growth opportunities, it’s a great place to build a career.

Cons

Like any performance-driven industry, the role can be demanding and fast-paced at times. Meeting targets requires focus and discipline, and the workload can feel heavy during peak periods. However, for someone who is motivated, these challenges come with worthwhile rewards.
