Management appear friendly and approachable when you meet them at conferences and trade shows. In reality they are ruthless and endlessly playing political games with staff.
Used to be a great place to work but has gone steadily downhill to the point where they no longer care for your knowledge and experience of the job but that you have a qualification on a piece of paper. No loyalty to the workforce. Management too busy bigging themselves up with huge bonuses while making staff redundant.
