Pros

Great workplace, people, and benefits package. Enjoyed working there everyday. Dedicated people really working hard to make the world a better place.

Cons

Onboarding doesn't really exist. But that's common in a lot of places. The upper management is a bit shaky. Never felt much job security either.

Pros

Fantastic culture, passionate co-workers and management, good work-life balance, getting to make the world a better place, one game at a time. Proud to say I worked here.

Cons

Work-for-hire and client projects can be inconsistent; literally, due to the unstable nature of trying to line up projects, and often times came with their own ideas of what "good quality" meant.

Pros

It was fun collaborating with my colleagues on a lot of cool projects. Our focus on learning games gave us the freedom to flex our creativity. It was challenging, but nothing in this industry comes easy. Innovation and problem solving are two essential skillsets that every employee must have to succeed.

Cons

There were a few times where we took on more than we could chew all at once which lead to client dissatisfaction.
