Pros

Unlimited vacation, almost no oversight (pro?)

Cons

- disorganized beyond words, yet management looks for ways to micromanage the employees who require the least amount of management - unprofessional/rude employees are rewarded - company had been in the midst of an identity crisis for almost a year - 2 rounds of layoffs in 6 months - some of the biggest problems at this company have Director in their title - misguided in their value proposition; one of MANY companies doing the same thing - lie about roles/responsibilities and even some benefits in order to attract talent (manicurist/massages? Maybe once ever while I was there) - can't reiterate enough how much of a problem the top of the food chain is there These are the observations of someone who survived the layoffs, can't imagine what the laid off employees think. P.s. - some of the other reviews are questionable at best and not what you would call entirely truthful.

Pros

Great market to be in, flexible hours, smart employees.

Cons

Executive leadership is out of touch with their employees and the market. Pay could be better.

Pros

2013 - Late 2014: Amazing small start up with some of the best people I have worked with. But then, Fiksu went on an aggressive IPO path...

Cons

Late 2014 - Mid/late 2015: Grew way too fast for leadership to account for, causing relationship strains internally and externally. New clients were coming in, but weren't sticking around. Not due to campaign performance (which was exceptional in the market) but because working with Fiksu was "too hard". This can be tied back to poor upper management lacking vision which trickled down to the "foot soldiers". IPO plans did not pan out and a bunch of people were laid off (two rounds spanning 6ish months). Would love to see the days of Fiksu past again, but those are long gone.
