      Pros

      Hybrid work and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Really intense about managing developers' time. Every week, you have to submit a time log broken down into 30-minute intervals what we did in the past week. Also, to work properly as a developer , you need to learn the company’s own complex protocol. It takes almost a year to get the hang of it. Plus, the protocol is non-standard, so if you leave the company, it's practically useless anywhere else.

      A pool of highly talented Technology Professionals to learn a large amount of skills from in a short period of time. Projects are very challenging and are very rewarding to complete. They have large and diverse customers that give you the opportunity to constantly learn new products and technologies. An open door policy on concerns, training requests and where you want your career to go with the company.

      Cons

      If your aspirations are moving up to management, it might be too small of a company if you're looking to climb a corporate ladder.
