Pros

They have a a really good 401k match and student loan repayment assistance.

Cons

Literally every aspect of this job is terrible. The job essentially is a call center job, except they don't market it that way so you think you are actually helping give more to charity when in reality you are just trying to get them to put money in their account so the company grows. The hours are long, you get a 30 min break and the managers are micro-managers. They are on you constantly, the stress level for this job is ridiculous. They don't let you leave on time and are constantly making you work through lunch or asking that you complete over-time. When you say no they say over-time is mandatory. AVOID THIS JOB. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. YOUR Mental sanity is worth more than what this company has to offer. They are not willing to help you grow and want to keep you answering phones so that the management looks like they are meeting their goals. NO CAREER OPPORTUNITIES. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED. I DON'T THINK ANY OTHER PLACE COULD COMPARE.

Pros

Ok pay, decent coworkers and really good food. Ok work hours, but that is truly it.

Cons

Everyone from there is mainly from the North and has that Northern attitude. Lots of favouritism, and the training is horrible. Also the management sucks as well. You truly feel like you are working in a sweat shop and every mistake is always pointed out and when something amazingly good happens they don't care. They are very two faced and judgmental about everything. Worse place i have ever worked at, I truly doubt any place could be as worse.

Pros

Great atmosphere with opportunities for growth and learning. Interesting and rewarding work helping individuals invest and donate funds to organizations they know and care about. Helps provide a more secure avenue for charitable giving. Exciting to work for one of the largest grant making organizations in the country.

Cons

Detail oriented work on a fast paced time schedule. Certain times of the year create an abundance of work which means overtime for employees. Company always supports employees who take on OT hours with and and half pay and food!
