      Pros

      It is an international firm with offices in Madrid, London, Mexico City and Bogotá. It has been growing rapidly in recent years and has positioned itself as a leading industry consultant supporting governments, regulators, investors (PE and infrastructure funds) and telecommunications operators. The internal management is quite horizontal offering many opportunities to learn and work with the senior team, exposure to projects with internationally renowned clients, salary levels above other generalist consultancies. Internally there is a fast-track policy for exceptional candidates.

      Cons

      The work is hard, but no different from other strategy consultancies. Due to the pandemic, the TMT sector has become very important in the investment portfolios of PEs and funds, so a lot of the assignments have been to perform due diligence on telecoms assets.
