It's all about making upper management wealthy and protect the expats from Spain! Upper management cut throat no support, a culture of old embedded staff with back stabbing, unrealistic expectations and bully atmosphere. Middle management was ok but they can't do much since the TOP leaders are horrible and dictate what to do. Productivity expectations are unrealistic, daily plant issues are killing any profit!

1. All the managers are well profissional in micro managing and keep spy on every employee in the organisation. 2. They easily fire the employees with out any reason and notice . 3. Firing the employees is their Moto since there were no possibilities that this company will be gonna stay long so they are firing the employees with out any reason . 4. Hr’s are very good story tellers and actors , and no doubt they will get Oscar if they start in entertainment field, which they will promise for travel to Spain but frankly speaking they are not in position to give salaries to the employees since they had choosen the option as firing. 5. Don't ever believe the HR words before joining , if u are concern about securing your job . Please don’t join here . 6. Managers are in charge of 24×7 keeping spy on employees since there is no project works. They even care of how much time we are in washroom also . I really appreciate the thing how they are concern about the employees 7.Due to the lack of projects to showcase their billing activities they are behaving like inhuman in the organisation. 2. They easily fire the employees with out any reason and notice . 3.
