      There is nothing like in this company. This company deserves dislike.

      Cons

      I rated it 0.2 because there is no appreciation for hard work. There is no fixed 9-to-6 schedule—it’s more like a 24-hour job. Even after leaving the office, you are expected to continue working from home at night. Senior management is also disappointing, as there is little to no support. They often shout at juniors, which creates a negative work environment. Additionally, when you try to share your experience and skills, they are not valued or accepted.
