Pros
Company has many locations across the US. They are open to working remote. The company has potential, but the sustainability of their profits is questionable. Bonuses available and average pay.
Cons
A sucking up environment runs rampant, it is the only way to move up, regardless of merit. The owner has a big ego that likes to be stroked. As a result company growth is stifled. Bonuses and pay are not commensurate.
