      the company is a sham. Only performance culture oriented without the perks of working for a large company. When the new ceo joined, 96 people quit in the delhi office over 6 months, from a 150 member team. Need I say more?

      Pros

      All festivals are celebrated here. Work-life balance. The canteen is good.

      Cons

      Treat you like slaves. Even if you do 10 hours of work they will expect more from you. No value for creativity. Favoritism happens a lot here. They call you on weekends also. Because the boss doesn't have a personal life.
