We would like to brief you about the training process here, “ we give proper training on said skill set to fresher for a month for which we do not ask money or any kind of bond, being a fresher you do not have much knowledge about the skill set we are working on, so instead expecting output from the employee directly putting them on live project and spoiling our standard of work in front of clients we prefer giving them detail idea of the type of projects we work and about our values and the skill set because for us employees, quality of work, values and client all are important and we cannot compromise on the quality.
