      Friendly people that are open to ideas and change. Freedom to make change and be autonomous. Trust in the people. Genuine effort put into initiatives.

      Cons

      As an established business, Fergus has history and things in place already. This is not greenfield work but that just means that improvements are over existing things instead of being completely new work.
