      Pros

      Free Fendi bag during Christmas time.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management. Was promised at time of hire that I’d be a manager to backfill the manager leaving, when that time came the manager who left recommended her personal friend that didn’t work at the company. Super racist management. Called HR numerous times of the verbal and physical altercations and they did nothing about it. Manager at the time protect the girl, (they were friends)The uneducated and lazy get promoted. Managers look down on you if you don’t buy their hideous bags.

      Corporate sample sales, no websites are blocked so you can freely search for new jobs!

      Cons

      Low employee morale! Employees were forced and threatened to go the holiday party. Very pretentious work environment, with insulting employees<<the ones that stay there. Employee retention is extremely low. I saw 13 people resign in 5 months and 2 fired for no apparent reasons. If you're looking for a satisfying work environment stay away from this office. It's horrific!!

      Pros

      Yearly Christmas gift (if you are into this kind of thing) Invites to private sale (if you are into this kind of thing), but most of the time its not worth it because the pay is not fantastic, it doesn't make sense to spend on the company when your pay is so sad.

      Cons

      Poor teamwork, senior management team are more focus on pushing blame and work when issue arise, rather than working together Toxic culture - a lot of bad mouthing behind one another Pay is quite sad for the amount of work Unrealistic expectation, the brand is not as competitive in its design and direction Unrewarding experience, especially if you are not part of the senior management team.
