General management and upper management was full of probably some of the least friendly, out of touch and uncaring people possible for a position like this. Our store had several complaints about our general manager's overall blunt and rude attitude towards many customers, which was also directed at employees in a very condescending manner; this, along with the complete lack of training or care from her, resulted in an unnervingly high staff turnover rate that strained our team morale and resources, affecting service and general store operations, from product expiry checks to orders with unnecessary overstock included.
