Pros
You get to work with professionals and could find yourself having knowledge of different sectors. Every company in every industry has a connection with FIRS. There is a good policy that guides the organization and the pay is relatively okay for the standard of living in the economy. Plus you get bonuses and extra allowances.
Cons
A number of the older staff refuse to accept change and sometimes promotion can be difficult due to limited space at the top. There are too many uncertainties as transfers can move you to any part of the country at any point in time. This makes it difficult to plan where you want to settle with your family.
