      Very worst company i have ever seen in my life. Worked for 15 days.

      Pros

      Good for fresher for 1 yr only. Flexible time, but we have to spend more than 10 hrs. Dinner is so called free. They are using ours money .

      Cons

      You have to come office on weekends, no holidays,no apraisal, got salary 20th of every month and sometime they won't give . You have to work 12-14 hrs daily if you want your manager gets happy.No job security, every month employee are leaving.

      Recruiters & Software Developer please guys never ever join Fast stream Technologies Pvt Ltd Vinay Bansal is crazy guy who believes that he is king and other employees are slaves the company never believes in paying salary to get your salary you need go to police station and need fight out and I am also a victim of that culture. Never believe any one in that organisation the company is filled with bunch of crooks who want their job to be done for free. Recruiters & Software Developer please do not join this organisation Pathetic Organisation

      Pros

      No reasons to join and no expectations towards growth of company and your personal growth except fear of salary. If you want to become strong with out any salary then this organisation is best place If you don't want to be an great employer then this is best organisation to work for ... Not great employee management. If you don't want to see your life in great condition then this organisation is suits for you -Join if you want to see if you don't want to see other stuff of your personal life

      Whatever talks that HR and Management has totally lied about in interviews. They are not capable of good employee growth even they are not holding any professional culture . It's some thing which is a frustrating factor . They will hide if you ask for salary Never expect salary - they want to thearthen the employee it's their culture.
