If you a hard worker, not afraid of a challenge and willing to rise to the expectation to be the best this is the place for you! my managers have always been willing to work with my schedule and i was actually part time for a bit coworkers have become my friends and family we are provided lots of training and the policies/procedures we follow are simple and straightforward expectations are always provided from the moment you come in for the 1st interview, so if you don't get them you probably didn't pay attention our culture centers around a student mentality, so the managers doors are always open and everyone is always there to help each other out
Cons
the parking lot is always full so you have to come early for a good spot the traffic on wurzbach can get bad making it hard to get out of the parking lot too many entitled people come in unwilling to work hard and expect to move up then bash the rest of us when they fail
