      Fair, increased Knowledge in all Plants, Trees of all types in all US growing zones. Commission and salary.

      Cons

      Commission based on point system, there is much competition and lead status can be in a grey area. Commissions will not be stable during slower seasons. June-Aug & Dec-Feb
