      The atmosphere was always positive and supportive, making it a pleasure to come to work each day. The collaboration and camaraderie among team members fostered a sense of belonging and motivation, which greatly contributed to job satisfaction and overall productivity."

      Cons

      Due to the technical system and server requirements, it was not feasible for all staff to work from home, presenting a significant challenge during the Covid-19 pandemic. At that time, the IT department was unable to support remote work, which limited flexibility. Additionally, adjustments were needed for amenities to accommodate space requirements. Moreover, there were limited opportunities for development.
