Pros

A few nice coworkers make your day a little easier

Cons

Biased and deceiving management. Managers will promise you the world to make you stop "complaining" or voicing legitimate concerns. Managers do not recognize hard work and give your promised promotions to other people and they don't even talk to you as to why they broke their promise. They always claim they will do better but each year the same problems come up. They don't care about your personal life, but you will definitely see their absence or change in schedule when they have something personal going on. Managers even had the audacity to tell a rep that she could not take days off to go to her grandmother's funeral service. By the way, in their handbook, it says you are legally allowed at least a few days off for a death in your immediate family. They don't follow the rules in the handbook or any rules except their own shady rules that they change when they see fit. HR doesn't back up anyone except management. When I resigned, the manager asked me why I was leaving and really did not want to hear anything I had to say. She had a rebuttal for all of the constructive criticism I shared with her. She even said to make that day my last since she didn't like my feedback. She also had the audacity to say she would mark me as non-rehirable and it "is such a shame" that I won't be able to use Fan Cloth as a reference. Total arrogance. You will also only get one raise a year. Don't bother asking for extra even if you are working your tail off. Unless you're in sales.. you will probably get the world since that is the CEO's favorite department. If you like working with deceiving managers that will push you down and make you want to leave, this is the place for you. I recommend finding a better opportunity that will actually be worth your time and effort.

Pros

Great hours and makes you feel like there is enough work to go all around. Owner is always around and friendly.

Cons

• Disrespectful employees • Gotta be best friends with the managers/owner to stay at this company • Bullying runs deep in this company, if you liked old High School bullies, then you'll love this company. • Lazy employees

Pros

Good pay, most weekends off. Excellent co-workers and good vibes. I enjoy that most people here are not very P.C. and say whatever they want and I've never heard of any complaints. We are a close community that gets along very well with each other.

Cons

If you want clean bathrooms, keep looking. Fan Cloth definitely runs on the "good-ol-boy" system. The managers are some of the worst people and make up new rules on the fly. Nothing is ever written in stone as far as company policy. There is no sick time and no vacation time, so you must use PTO for everything. Your job duties will probably change within 2 weeks of being hired, then you get to do something you weren't hired for and something you are not trained to do. Some managers walk around and talk down to other employees, as far as knocking things over on their desk. If you are handicap and come to visit, you wont be able to. Managers park in the handicapped spots every day and sometimes even on the ramp. They say the work is seasonal, but I've been working over 60 hours for the past 3 months with no end in sight.
