      Very good benefits, 401K with employer match, health insurance, life insurance, unreimbursed medical program. Family oriented, good working environment.

      Cons

      Occasional communication breakdowns between management and staff.

      Pros

      Family Features continues to be an excellent place to work. There is a great work/life balance and it is refreshing to be part of a team that is so willing to help out in any way. Hard work is recognized and appreciated.

      Cons

      Some older technology is used, but this is in the process of changing

We’re very fortunate to have such a good blend of new and experienced employees that work so well together. And yes, the technology upgrades are nearing an end.
