There is a ton of flexibility within the company, lots of helpful trainings, and they hire people who have real-life experiences. Executive director is passionate about helping others.
Cons
Little room for growth, not the best communication, employees are underpaid and often undervalued. Employees are given a ton of responsibilities, but not enough resources.
