      Pros

      Coming from a corporate job before Falkbuilt, it was a nice change of pace from the overly structured, "you're just a number" feel of the corporate world. Management cares about your well being and there's a lot of room for growth and autonomy, but this depends on your position as management quality varies between departments.

      Cons

      Can be chaotic and a little uncertain at times. You do need to have thick skin. Benefits are not very good and expensive to the employee.

      Things move quickly and priorities can shift, so you need to be comfortable with a bit of a "build as we go" environment.
