      Pros

      Lots of ownership from day one. You get to work on real problems that matter, not busy work. Super smart teammates, and you learn fast just by being around them. If you want to grow technically and professionally, this is the place

      Cons

      Fast-paced, priorities shift sometimes. Not for people who want a slow, predictable environment. in-office culture but office is nice and good office perks (free lunch, unlimited snacks fruits etc and they take requests too)

      Pros

      Tech focused crypto-native institutional brokerage platform. Pretty fast phased environment. Lot of learning. Very lean team. High on ownership, impact and visibility. Company will make sure to value and take care of good performers. Culture is too good. Leadership is always open to hear new ideas and implementations.

      Cons

      Not really a cons but note worthy. Entire set up is execution focused.Overall startup environment sometime is overwhelming.
