      Pros

      Vary good work place ! I would stay there but need to move ! Like any other place, got your ups and downs.

      Cons

      Not to many cons, but this is one. When things get slow, it gets boring and this happens a lot.

      Pros

      Possibility to all see and participate in all aspects of the aerospace procurement and development process, including design, manufacturing, and support activities.

      Cons

      A few senior members of the management team appear to be miscast but still tolerated. This has a somewhat damaging impact on those directly involved and sometimes negatively affects morale.
