      Relatively good salary and cool colleagues

      The projects, the company, the way of management are simply terrible. Quality doesn't matter. Forcing lower estimates. Business decisions lead to long-term problems. The blame is placed on the programmers. And much, much more A stressful, hostile and unforgiving environment
