      Poor place to work - stay away

      Pros

      Pay is decent if you sell your soul.

      Cons

      The glass ceiling is high as an eagle. They make you work long hours, sometimes even up to 60 hour weeks with no work life balance. Senior management changes like the seasons. Owners have changed over 3 times. Lack of leadership and MICROMANAGEMENT and politics is at its worst here. You WILL work weekends just to catch up and the pay is good but your soul will be depressed. This is a departmentalized organization that works solely on the finger pointing and blame game principle. If you care nothing about the company and know how to pass the blame you will survive. If you are good at your job you WILL be fired. No point in beating around the bush. These sheep have no shepherd.

      Nice facility and good people.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par. Lots of favoritism shown across all levels. Horrid communication from Senior Management to all other levels. Senior Management is never wrong mentality

      Pros

      There are no pros at Fabcon. The facility is in shambles. The management is not in control of anything. The production workers do as they please. The office people take weeks/months to respond or resolve HR issues.

      Cons

      You dedicate your life to this place for pennies. The maintenance mechanics make the same hourly pay at the production workers. Which is all right with the Local 563 Union because they get their money from you no matter what. The facility should be bulldozer over because it is in dissrepair. They pollute the DNR land next to them and it goes unnoticed. There are do many wiring issues in this building it should be condemned.
