Pros
Great workplace culture and fun to work with people. Perks of traveling to events. Company officers are very respectable and value their employees. Great holiday parties. Great place to acquire client-facing experience.
Cons
Salary was low for the workload but should be expected when clients are non-profits. Events are often 12 hours days (at least) but travel days are allotted to give employees some time off afterward.
