      Pros

      Learn a lot new knowledge and technical stuff, easy talk with colleague and boss. Good atmosphere and environment is awesome.

      Cons

      Project run and use a lot different kinds of software, in fact, every 3D software is needed and will learn eventually due to different kinds of projects. Challenging and good place to learn.
