      Check the tenure of 'non-essential' employees. FOSSA makes a habit of firing employees weeks before their options vest to avoid sharing stock

      Everyone gets to learn a lot because of the size of the company and the breadth of scope any individual can take. Great people at the ground level to work with

      Cons

      Long hours with low startup perks, average salary and pity stocks. The team runs ragged, but only the most valuable people (engineers and leadership) can take their "unlimited PTO" without getting talked about. Everyone scrambles to protect themselves like high school when performance reviews come up, CEO throws the wrong people under the bridge and is enamored by sycophantic employees at the top that want to protect their stake.
