Cons
There is a lot of mess over at corporate and its affecting EVERYONE. Its no secret that people are unhappy, morale is the lowest ive ever seen, and turnover is high. Lots of long-term people have left because they just cant take it anymore. Now-a-days, your considered "senior tenured" if youve been here for like 4 years. its ridiculous. A lot of this comes from people who are running the company that dont know how to run a company, and they are dragging us all down with them. We used to be the key player in our market, and now we're laughed at by our competition because they do it better, and theyre better to their people. People are they key assets at any company and the leaders cant fathom to understand that. It's time to make FORCE America great again and "drain the swamp" of senior managers down at corporate. I think it really can be done to get us back to the good company we used to be.
