Pros
We are a smaller firm, but get large and very cool underground projects. We are set up so that staff get a mix of in-office and field engineering work; never a dull moment! We are flexible, and never afraid to change our approach to better serve our clients and to make the work experience more fulfilling for our staff. Great benefits that equal or beat any of the larger firms, and salary and bonuses that are more than competitive with larger firms.
Cons
I couldn't think of anything so I asked some of the guys, and here's what they said: - Sometimes we have too much fun... - It's a bummer to have to go home at the end of the day! - The president sometimes gets distracted filling out online surveys!
