      Never a boring day at this company

      Pros

      With such a wide range of clients, our staff is always learning something new. This helps our engineers stay on top of our game and to be ready for any challenges that arise.

      Cons

      It can be hard sometimes to have to juggle multiple roles since hiring does not always keep up with client growth. I guess that is typical organizational growing pain for an expanding company.

      Horrible management

      Pros

      You get to work from home for 12 hours. The cybersecurity analyst team is very nice and always ready to help each other. Great Account managers and CEO.

      Cons

      Horrible manager. Very very horrible management style. The manager does not even know how to investigate certain alarms. He will write you up for things that he can't even explain to you and sometimes with no proof (non-existant). favoritism is a serious thing in this company. The team is actually suffering silently because of his incompetence and cockiness. No training, I can say,( I was personally trained for less with 1 hour). Be aware of this: there is one analyst who doesn't like training others. Lastly, be ready to be stress out big time.
