Do not expect anything from HR, they don't do a thing. They will make it difficult when you would leave and also pay the settlements after months. Note: Not paying settlements in time to a former employer is illegal but they still do it.
There is very slow growth in the departments.
Salary is way below the industry standards.
The work culture is horrible. You would be screamed at for reason and stress is enormous at time which is also for no reason.
There is no work life balance, you would be asked to stay back post working hours if going to office. If you are working from home, your boss would call you at any time, no respect for the employer's time.
The work is most of the time far off from the JD at the time of hiring.
There is no coordination between HR, Accounts and other departments which leads to loss at the end of the employee.
The appraisals are literally nothing. One could get a proper hike if they leave FICCI.
