      The initiative to start a new culture of employee engagement and the bonus

      Office politics. Can work on appreciating employees’ working smart than working hard. Working long hours does not equate to being a good and efficient employee.

      The previous supervisor overly micromanage and antagonize staff for the smallest things making it difficult and takes longer to finish tasks

      You get off for all gov announced public holiday for the state you working. 5-day work week. Selling major brands widely accepted in market. 0% interest rate car loan from company.

      Cons

      Stubborn mindset of top management. Not catching up with modern work culture. Outdated IT system.
