- Low salary for the amount of work expected of you - They don’t care about supporting your apprenticeship until the apprenticeship provider tells them off - Management refuse to accept when they’re wrong, even when evidence is provided - Training was practically none existent, apart from one team member who is consistently under appreciated. - Promise of a rewards system that never made the light of day after 8 months of waiting - Encourage being open and honest, but take personal offence to any suggestion that might make a better work place - People put in management positions that don’t know how to manage 🙄
