      Great potential, great coworkers, great history, great product lines, really poorly managed under holdings companies.

      Fantastic innovation and authentic experience, 20 - 40 years for many research and development engineers and designers. Physical environment, meaning buildings and furnishings are comfortable and adequate. Coworkers and peers share a genuine interest in making great products.

      Cons

      Emphasis on budgetary growth for shareholder (holding company) profit and exit strategy undermines employee capabilities and performance. Cultural environment is toxic.
