Pros
When your pay check doesn't bounce it can be ok money but usually doesn't clear. That's the only good thing I can think of

Boss will screw you over any chance he gets Always late getting paid Always have to prove your hours since nothing is in writing Marks up pricing for employees Unsafe work conditions Unreasonable timelines Zero pay for overtime If you enjoy getting yelled at for stuff you didn't do, this might be he place for you
